cuestiones:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Se publican los horarios de atenci\u00f3n al p\u00fablico.<\/li>\n<li>Pueden los interesados seguir online el estado de tramitaci\u00f3n y las incidencias del procedimiento administrativo que han planteado.<\/li>\n<li>Se puede ver el mapa de la propia web del ayuntamiento.<\/li>\n<li>Se contempla en la web un espacio reservado para las diferentes asociaciones de vecinos\/as del municipio.<\/li>\n<li>Se informa sobre la composici\u00f3n y el funcionamiento de las Juntas Municipales de Distrito o de los Barrios del municipio.<\/li>\n<li>Existe una herramienta de comunicaci\u00f3n e incidencias municipales (da\u00f1os, reparaciones, etc).<\/li>\n<li>Se publica un informe estad\u00edstico peri\u00f3dico (al menos anual) sobre estas peticiones, especificando al menos el n\u00famero total y porcentaje de resueltas, estimadas, desestimadas e
