id=\"u40431-2\"><strong>COSTE EFECTIVO DE LOS SERVICIOS<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>La Orden HAP\/2075\/2014, de 6 de noviembre, por la que se establecen los criterios de c\u00e1lculo\u00a0 del\u00a0 coste\u00a0 efectivo\u00a0 de\u00a0 los\u00a0 servicios\u00a0 prestados\u00a0 por\u00a0 las\u00a0 entidades\u00a0 locales,\u00a0 en desarrollo\u00a0 de\u00a0 lo\u00a0 previsto en\u00a0 el\u00a0 art\u00edculo\u00a0 116\u00a0 ter,\u00a0 de\u00a0 la\u00a0 Ley\u00a0 7\/1985,\u00a0 de\u00a0 2\u00a0 de\u00a0 abril, reguladora\u00a0 de\u00a0 las\u00a0 Bases\u00a0 del\u00a0 R\u00e9gimen\u00a0 Local,\u00a0 introducido\u00a0 por\u00a0 la\u00a0 Ley\u00a0 27\/2013,\u00a0 de\u00a0 27\u00a0 de diciembre, de racionalizaci\u00f3n y sostenibilidad de la Administraci\u00f3n Local, establece que antes\u00a0 del\u00a0 d\u00eda\u00a0 1\u00a0 de\u00a0 noviembre\u00a0 de\u00a0 cada\u00a0 a\u00f1o,\u00a0 las\u00a0 entidades\u00a0 locales\u00a0 calcular\u00e1n\u00a0 el\u00a0 coste efectivo\u00a0 de\u00a0 los\u00a0 servicios\u00a0 partiendo\u00a0 de\u00a0 los\u00a0 datos\u00a0 contenidos\u00a0 en\u00a0 la\u00a0 liquidaci\u00f3n\u00a0 del presupuesto general, y en su caso de las cuentas anuales
