\n<\/p>

El art\u00edculo cuarto de la Ley 15\/2010, de 5 de julio, de modificaci\u00f3n de la Ley 3\/2004, de  29  de  diciembre,  por  la  que  se  establecen  medidas de  lucha  contra  la  morosidad  en las   operaciones   comerciales,   determin\u00f3 la   obligatoriedad   de   las Corporaciones Locales de elaborar y remitir, en todo caso, a los \u00f3rganos competentes del Ministerio de   Econom\u00eda   y   Hacienda   y,   en   su   respectivo   \u00e1mbito   territorial,   a   los   de   las Comunidades  Aut\u00f3nomas  que,  con  arreglo  a  sus Estatutos  de  Autonom\u00eda,  tengan  atribuida la tutela financiera de las Entidades locales, un informe sobre el cumplimiento de los plazos previstos legalmente para el pago de las obligaciones de cada entidad.<\/p>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
