{"id":1146,"date":"2020-05-03T18:43:58","date_gmt":"2020-05-03T18:43:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aytoanievas.org\/transparencia\/?page_id=1146"},"modified":"2021-03-22T17:26:02","modified_gmt":"2021-03-22T17:26:02","slug":"liquidacion","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/aytoanievas.org\/transparencia\/liquidacion\/","title":{"rendered":"Liquidaciones del Presupuesto Municipal"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-page\" data-elementor-id=\"1146\" class=\"elementor elementor-1146\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-section-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-635e2ed elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"635e2ed\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-row\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-3c748e8\" data-id=\"3c748e8\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-89f309a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"89f309a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p id=\"u36558-2\"><strong>LIQUIDACI\u00d3N DEL EJERCICIO PRESUPUESTARIO<\/strong><\/p><p id=\"u36558-5\">El presupuesto de cada ejercicio se liquidar\u00e1 en cuanto a la recaudaci\u00f3n de derechos y al pago de obligaciones el 31 de diciembre del a\u00f1o natural correspondiente, quedando a cargo de la Tesorer\u00eda local los ingresos y pagos pendientes, seg\u00fan sus respectivas contracciones.<\/p><p id=\"u36558-8\">Las obligaciones reconocidas y liquidadas no satisfechas el \u00faltimo d\u00eda del ejercicio, los derechos pendientes de cobro y los fondos l\u00edquidos a 31 de diciembre configurar\u00e1n el remanente de tesorer\u00eda de la entidad local. La cuantificaci\u00f3n del remanente de tesorer\u00eda deber\u00e1 realizarse teniendo en cuenta los posibles ingresos afectados y minorando de acuerdo con lo que reglamentariamente se establezca los derechos pendientes de cobro que se consideren de dif\u00edcil o imposible recaudaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p id=\"u36558-11\">Las entidades locales deber\u00e1n confeccionar la liquidaci\u00f3n de su presupuesto antes del d\u00eda primero de marzo del ejercicio siguiente. La aprobaci\u00f3n de la liquidaci\u00f3n del presupuesto corresponde al presidente de la entidad local, previo informe de la Intervenci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>1. La Liquidaci\u00f3n del Presupuesto pondr\u00e1 de manifiesto:<\/p><ul><li>Respecto del Presupuesto de gastos, y para cada partida presupuestaria, los cr\u00e9ditos iniciales, sus modificaciones y los cr\u00e9ditos definitivos, los gastos autorizados y comprometidos, las obligaciones reconocidas, los pagos ordenados y los pagos realizados.<\/li><li>Respecto del Presupuesto de ingresos, y para cada concepto, las previsiones iniciales, sus modificaciones y las previsiones definitivas los derechos reconocidos y anulados as\u00ed como los recaudados netos.<\/li><\/ul><p>2. Como consecuencia de la liquidaci\u00f3n del Presupuesto deber\u00e1n determinarse:<\/p><ul><li>Los derechos pendientes de cobro y las obligaciones pendientes de pago a 31 de diciembre.<\/li><li>El resultado presupuestario del ejercicio.<\/li><li>Los remanentes de cr\u00e9dito.<\/li><li>El remanente de Tesorer\u00eda.<\/li><\/ul><p>El resultado de las operaciones presupuestarias del ejercicio vendr\u00e1 determinado por la diferencia entre los derechos presupuestarios liquidados durante el ejercicio y las obligaciones presupuestarias reconocidas durante el mismo per\u00edodo.
